A Warm Welcome to an Island Wedding

Charlotte and Mike wanted an especially warm welcome for their guests to Jamaica, and Villa Kelso provided a brilliant location for the occasion. Two families were meeting for the wedding week and had only met together once previously. The bridal couple wanted to plan an afternoon for their families to relax and spend time being a family. The quiet hill-top estate welcomed guests with a stunning view of the north coast of Jamaica along Duncans Beach. The staff at Villa Kelso offered a traditional Jamaican menu of jerk chicken and pork along with all the traditional favorites. Red Stripe beer, of course, was in ample supply. Charlotte’s family created welcome bags for each guest, monogrammed and stuffed full of luxuries and fun supplies for the week ahead. Blue Mountain coffee from the Jamaican mountain region was also essential.
